Any patient wishing to register with the Practice is offered a New Patient Health check with a Health Care Assistant. The health check is an opportunity for the patient and Practice to become acquainted.

Prior to the health check the patient will be asked to fill out a simple registration form giving details such as their name and address. To enable the medical staff to trace the patients previous medical records they will need to know the patient's previous Practice address. The patient will then be given an appointment to have their health check. However an appointment can be made with the doctor beforehand especially if the patient is on repeat medication.
