Sometimes you may feel you would rather talk to the doctor or nurse on the telephone rather than visiting the surgery for an appointment, which will save both you and us time.

Ask the receptionist if the person you wish to speak to is available, but please appreciate that you may be asked to call back or leave a number for the doctor or nurse to contact you.

Morning surgery is usually over by 12.15 and the doctors are then able to return calls. The Practice Manager is always available and is happy to help if necessary.
