We try to run to time as far as possible, but inevitably an appointment can run over time, so please bear with us if you have to wait. To keep surgeries running as smoothly as possible, please remember the following points:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment and allow time to park your car
  • Please let us know if you cannot keep your appointment- we will be writing to patients who do not attend appointments and they will not be allowed to pre-book appointments in future.
  • Requests for home visits: we offer a limited number of home visits. This service is solely at the discretion of the doctors and should be used only if you are completely house-bound. Any agreed home visits are carried out during the morning and requests for home visits must be made by 9am

If you are late for your appointment the clinician will be asked if they are able to see you. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may be asked to re-book your appointment.

We use a text messaging service to remind patients of appointments. Please make sure we have your up to date mobile number. If you do not want to be contacted by text please let us know so that we can code your records accordingly.
